Thank you for trusting Cindy Brown Financial Coaching. Because our products and programs deliver value immediately — through instant digital access and personalized coaching time — please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

All Products & Programs Are Non-Refundable

All purchases — digital products and coaching programs alike — are final and non-refundable. Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Coaching programs reserve dedicated time, preparation, and a personalized plan built specifically for you, and are non-refundable once purchased.

If you’ve paid in installments, all remaining installments remain due for the full term you committed to.

Clarity Calls

Clarity calls are offered at no charge and therefore carry no refund. The terms below apply if a booked call is rescheduled or missed.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

You may reschedule a booked session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are counted as used and are not refunded or made up.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us is a breach of these terms and may result in loss of access to any products or programs.
